How we count your transactions

We count transactions when they're imported into Staxxer — not when the order was placed in your store. That means there's always a small delay up to a month. Orders from the end of last month can still count for this month.

Example: A customer orders something on December 30, but it's imported on January 2 → it counts for January.

This approach reflects when actual processing happens — and ensures accurate billing.
